Real Steel

Went to Cine to watch 'Real Steel' with Keciq and Khad. We planned to catch the 3:35pm movie so we were supposed to meet at 3:00pm but surprise, surprise, Khadijah was late -_- She arrived while we were eating at BK at 3:35pm, the time the movie was supposed to start. Great.

The next timing was at 4:30pm so we bought tickets to that. Goondu moment while buying tickets cause Keciq doesn't have a student pass and we were like in a mess searching. Then Khad suddenly took out her Nebo card and waved it asking "Can we use this?" The cashier lady was like, "Yes" and then we all laughed.

'Real Steel' was freaking awesome! Like seriously. Hugh Jackman was the lead and he was amazing. The action scenes were fantastic and the acting of between father and son was funny and endearing. Defo must watch.

After that, we met up with Ama and wandered around looking for a place to eat. Went all the way to Far East Plaza when we met up with her cousin and sister and we went to Lucky Plaza to eat Nasi Ayam Penyet. I didn't explore Lucky Plaza before and was amazed at the number of Indonesian restaurants, lol.

Funny thing. Keciq and I went to the washroom because I drank too much water (I tend to do that) and needed to pee. We walked and Keciq suddenly stopped cause from our line of vision, we could only see the men's washroom. We paused for a few seconds before a lady directed us to the right washroom, lol. After using it, we didn't realise we had to pay 20 cents for it and I pointed it out to Keciq and we just went "Oh" then ran away. HAHA. This is 2011. Who pays to use the washroom anymore?

Nasi Ayam Penyet was pedas even though I only ate a bit of the sauce. I seriously didn't get the 'tolerance for spicy food' gene. Sigh.

Took random pictures on the MRT with Khad and Keciq and now I'm home!

2 more days till school starts. BOO.
