MacRitchie Park

Woke up at the extremely early time of 5:05am on a Sunday, right after Christmas, to go to MacRitchie Park for my Sports Practical project.

Met Shah at Bishan and hopped onto her dad's lorry to go to MacRitchie. Been a long time since I've been in the back of an open air lorry, so it was nice with the morning air blowing.

Reached there around 6:40am, and there were already the runners. Took some pictures then waited for Yvonne. Turns out she was still at home.

So we walked up the route and stopped by the water where we took some pictures and talked nonsense. Went back to the starting point when Yvonne arrived and we interviewed the organiser. I stood there with my phone, recording his voice, while water from the roof dripped on me. -.- Nice.

Then we decided to see how long the route was and we walked. We went into the forest, with the rocky path. Told Yvonne and her boyfriend to run up first, since they're runners and will obviously be faster than me and Makcik, so they ran ahead while we two red people walked steadily. Took random pictures and talked, quite loudly I think, cause the path was silent and only the two of us were talking. Haha.

We only made it like, 2km (?), before Yvonne and her boyfriend had already ran to the ending point. WTF. Super fast. Haha. So we went back.

Said goodbye to the two and me and Makcik ate at the cafe. Haha, so much for burning fats. Then after that, we went home.

I was so tired, I immediately took a nap.
