Federer Finally Wins

Roger Federer finally won his 1st Roland Garros title and completing a career Grand Slam as he took his rightful place amongst the other 6 men in history who have also done it. He also rose to the summit to equal the great Pete Sampras' 14 Grand Slam haul.

He beat surprise finalist, Robin Soderling of Sweden, 6-1, 7-6, 6-4. On championship point, he dropped to his knees on the red clay that has often disappointed him. The enormity of his achievement made him teary eyed as he has now many years to try and overhaul Pete Sampras' record.

My goodness. I am so darn happy for him. He is the one guy that fully deserves everything he wins and I am glad he finally realised his dream. If he can win Wimbledon and the US Open, that would take his haul to 16 Grand Slams and really make him immortal.

Congrats Federer. I sincerely hope that you will win many, many more Grand Slams to come. You truly are great.

So now I have to go. There's school later. *yawn*

Ok another wrap up of the past few weeks. And I just found out Khad stalks me so HI KHADIJAH! Since I can vaguely remember what happen... Oh, there was IB presentation on Tuesday. It went ok, I wasn't as nervous. I think I present better in casual clothes lol. Khai lent me his Sims Medieval CDs.  And we got back our ICA 2 results. So suprising that I freakin' PASSED. And not just passed, I got like a good %. I was super shocked when I got the paper back because as you know, I'd expected to fail with a big fat F. To pass with this kind of marks totally blew my mind. Hehehe.  So that night, something flew into my eye while I was doing the most mundane thing possible. Watching TV in my sisters' room. I tried to get it out: blinking furiously, tearing up and crying a river, dumping water and eye drops into my eye and it still wouldn't come out. Trolls!

Since JZ wasn't at work yesterday, the evil genius a.k.a Ain decided to print out pictures of 2 aunties (that I had previously changed her phone wallpaper to) and stick it around her desk area to troll her.   I swear I could stop laughing when ASY was drawing this. It was so hilarious ok hahaha. Anyways, since JZ always comes to work early and I wanted to see her reaction, I decided to ask her for breakfast. Had porridge at KFC before coming to work 15 minutes late. Lol. I think this was the first time in almost 2 months that JZ and I went to work together. I think Sebas was surprised. JZ's reaction was funniest when she opened the keyboard drawer and saw the pictures. She literally jumped back and burst out laughing and I too couldn't stop laughing.
