Bored

Well, it is currently 12.13am Singapore time.
And I am alone in my room as I am writing this.
I don't feel sleepy so I'm bored and recording some songs using the laptop.
Random, I know.
Sad, pathetic loser who has no life.
Haha.
So Man Utd won 2-0 against 'Boro to retain top spot and put pressure on Liverpool.
So our Premiership and Champions League campaigns are on track.

The biggest news recently is the global outbreak of swine flu.
Well, technically not swine flu since if you call it swine flu, it only consists of pig bacteria.
But this new strand of flu is a mixture of human, pig and bird flu, which kinda makes it more complicated and scary.
Scary because you can get it without knowing and then spread it.
The symptoms don't show till days later, so you may think you're fine but, actually, you probably just caused someone to get sick.
The weirdest thing is that most of the people in the USA who had it recovered but hundreds of them in Mexico died, probably because it is the epicentre and stronger, I guess.
But most people say this is nothing compared to regular, seasonal flu which kills thousands of people without much fanfare.
This 'swine' flu is getting lots of press because it's extremely contagious and very sudden.
It started over the weekend. Now Mexico, it's city centre is like a ghost town as people are too afraid to go out.
In Singapore, the government is doing their best to be alert and on guard at all times.
Officially, there have been no confirmed cases but rumours are coming from unofficial sources in hospitals that say that some have been diagnosed and one has died.
This are only rumours of course, so don't believe it until there is an official statement from the government.
I urge that all Singaporeans be on alert.
I mean, although the flu is happening in another part of the world, it doesn't mean we can take it lightly and joke about it.
So, take all the necessary precautions and do, practise good hygiene.
Don't go out and cough and sneeze like nobody's business. Stay at home, for goodness sake.
I mean, no one wants to have your germs all up in their faces.
