Sports Day
Today was sports day. Woke up early to meet Mary, Khaty and Aini at BB Interchange. After meet, took 77 to meet Amalina and Sob at the bus stop near Lina's house. Alighted but then got this massive traffic jam. We were already late so we took 106. Stood with them and also, Faizah, Faezah and Syahidah. Talk2 and laugh2 on the bus. The jam was damn irritating man. Took almost half an hour before we actually moved out from the road outside YISS. OMG. My legs cramp seh, stand on the bus. We were almost 45 mins late.
Went down and followed other people to Clementi Stadium. Yusoffians on the bus followed us. Haha. All late better. Reach the stadium, only like half of the school's population there. Got many people later than us.
There DAMN HOT man. Wahh, got roasted seh. The sun was merciless as it cast it's bright, hot rays over the helpless people. Umbrellas came out. I blocked my head with a piece of paper. Anyone there will tell you that it was extremely hot today. Our class did not take part in ANY race so we just watched and cheered people we knew. Keith and Sillah won for javelin and shot put I think. Dunno. We cheered for Keith and he like very the paiseh. HAHA. Then cheer for Sillah and she never look at us. WTH.
My opinion of our new YISS NPCC Band was that it is not ready to perform yet. THey still need more practice of working together as a team. The drums and instruments weren't in sync. The rhythmn wasn't there and so was the team work. Can't blame them though, they have only been together for almost 4 months only. At least the band is bigger but so not louder. Really, the crowd was louder than them. Read: EXTRA practice needed.
The new uniforms are HORRENDOUS. It's like a fashion disaster. Ghastly orange with black and white stripes and huge, ugly cuffs. OMG. Who the effing hell chose the colours and designed the bloody uniforms? You should stop designing pronto. Seriously. It was really... Ugh... The old uniforms were way, WAY better. It's like the designer can't decide whether they want the band people to look like circus freaks, traffic police (BRIGHT orange) or the zebra crossing (black and white stripes!?). I apologise to the people who actually like the uniforms. I respect your opinions. But my opinion, can't change it. :P
After that, went to West Bowl with Mary, Amalina, Khaty, SOB and Aini. Thought we paid for 3 games each but actually, it was 1 game each. What effin bs man. Can you have the fucking decency to actually display the rules CLEARLY before giving us FALSE information. The bowling was fun. Aini and Khaty were like pros. Haha. I struck more gutters than strikes. Got only 1, but first time, so nvm. The whole confusing incident marred our visit there. Never EVER going back there, EVER, again. GRRR...
After that, played at the playground near Khaty's house with them. HAha. Played the swing and this round thing. Like kids seh, but so much fun. Let's go again!!! :P
Went to Amanda's place to do geog project. Finished it. Laughed and talked with them and Sillah and Heather. Prank calls are hilarious. LOL.
After that book tennis court with Aini. Then went home and took a shower because so damn sweaty.
