So yesterday, we sent my grandmother to the hospital because she had suffered a mild stroke to the left side of her body and she can't move her leg and arm much. She can't sit up straight without help too. Well, a few years ago, when I was younger (Duh), she almost suffered a stroke. Well anyways, since we didn't have a wheelchair, we took a trolley and put a chair on it. Then my uncle carried my grandma onto the chair and we wheeled her to this lorry. After that, we drove to NUH (my birth place ;P) where we wheeled her into the emergency walk-in place and as usual, we had to wait a few hours before she was admitted in. So we ate while waiting for the call. Since it was late and I wanted to catch a show at 11pm, me and my sisters went home at around 9.50pm. The 963 bus was late. We reached home at around 10.35pm. My mom and lil sis only just reached home at around 11.45pm after seeing my grandma in her ward.
So that was my night.
Today, woke up at 9.30am and took a shower. Then 10.30am, watched the Women's Singles Finals and guess what!!!
MARIA SHARAPOVA WON!

MARIA SHARAPOVA WON!
She won 7-5, 6-3 I think. Forgot. Anyways, it's her 3rd Grand Slam singles trophy (she won Wimbledon 04, Us Open 06). She's winning a title every 2 years. (04,06,08) Coincidence right? Maybe her next title win will be in 2010. Maybe the French Open, the only major she hasn't won.
So today's star goes to Maria Sharapova and especially, Ana Ivanovic. Ana is now the no 2 in the world, so kudos to her!Maria is still no 5 in the world. Justine Henin is still no. 1.
Also congrats to Novak Djokovic for winning against Rojer Federer. He's in the final agaisnt Jo-Wilfried Tsonga. :D
