NMA Camp
Hey, hey... LTNC... Been away for 3 days. Feels like 3 weeks. Ha.
Went to Innova JC for the NMA Camp for 3 days and 2 nights. I was actually reluctant to go cause it was like, me, 5 guys and 2 sec 1 girls. I'm not dat gd at making friends lah, so scared ah.
Anyways, went to school. Took equipment form Mdm L and all of us took the limo cab to IJC. The limo cab cool seh. Got TV some more. HAHA. We all were like, "wahhh". Watched MR Bean and laughing like wat.
DAY 1
Registered and found out that all of us were seperated. Bt lucky QC was in my grp. Got friend wat... WE were grouped in grp 1 and saw our grpmates.
After the intro, we had bonding games and get to know each other. Our facilitator was HX. She's very nice, and like most JC/Poly students, perky. Haha. She was like, "You're Ain, rite?" I nod, very blurr. "I'm HX! Hooray!" I look at her and fake smiled. Haha. There were 13 members in our grp. Mohsin, Kausikan, Shawn, me, QC, Syaida, Qifa, Ilyia, Jie Ting, Hisyam, Afiq, Benjamin and Daltone. Wwe got to know each other, came up with our grp name, 'Skeleton Kings', made our flag and identities.
Lunch, ate the cliched camp food. Then we had training session. I was in filmmaking. It was 3 hours.
Then we had mass games. The games IC, Marvin was funny. Cracked alot of lame jokes. Played games till dinner.
Dinner. Eat and merrymaking. Rite.
Had to come up with performance. Daltone wrote the script and we assigned roles and practised abit.
Wash up. Showered. Brushed teeth. The works. Then had reflection. The dislikes were like, "The boys don't cooperate." Then one boy said, "Sexist seh". sO someone wrote, "Girls are too bossy." Haha.
Had snacks, though i din eat. No mood lah. Then we got ready and the hall was divided into two. The guys on the right hand side, the girls on the left. Marvin: "If we hear the girls screaming, the guys can be sued for rape." "If we hear the guys screaming, don't care lah." HAHA. Everyone laughed.
Slept bt the hall was damn cold. Like freezing. I woke up at every hour. !2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... My neck was painful. I was freezing and shivering like wat seh. Then finally they switched off the aircon. Woke up coz can hear alot of alarms. The alarms ring bt no one wanted to switch off. Got one alarm damn funny seh. This really irritating song.
I was one of the few who showered. Most din want to. Dunno why lah. Say showered already. Bt i nd t2 showers per day coz if nt, ill feel really uncomfortable.
Day 2
Breakfast. Ate Nasi Lemak. Briefing then had talks bt some charitable organizations. SPCA and Heartware. QC a.k.a Captain Duck, was jealous coz T was flirting with this guy. Haha. I was like, "Dun worry. Just breathe in and out." My usual comfort or wat not...
Had lunch then learning journey. Wwent to the RED DOT DESIGN MUSEUM. Boring lah. Bt the bus ride nice. I was so tired and slept the whole 45 mins journey. The museum could use with more exhibits. After like 1 hr dere, went back. I slept again. Nice...
Had some mass games. Grp 6 really ah... the mouth need to shut. Especially the two boys. Irritating seh.
Dinner then we had performance rehearsals. We really put in alot of effort. I was one of the 'cavegirls'. Needed to speak gibberish. I was like, 'Buggawuga'. Haha. Wwe practised like wat then it was performance time. Most of the grps din really practise properly so it turned out not making sense. Some skits were funny especially the 'R-100' one. Haha.
Ours was ok. I was supposed to fight bt in the end, i just threw my 'sword' and then died. haha. QC was funny, so was Daltone and Shawn. I was supposed to be dead bt i was laughing.
The last grp was also funny. Haha. We finished the thing like 1100 and had some snacks. In the end everyone went to sleep at 1230. Wwoke up at 0545. Me and Qifa were the first 2 to wake up and i had my pick of showers. Haha. Cold lah the water. Hehe.
Day 3
Breakfast. Missing my hp coz we weren't allowed to have it. Almost 24 hrs w/o it. Aafter breakfast had one more course training. Confusion coz when we went to LT1, there was a test about to commence and we were like there. So went to training and was shown this movie. The trainer tot we were JC students. WTH. Back at the hall, i asked QC "If we look like JC students, then JC students look like wat?" Bt i think i said it a bit too loudly coz one of the facilitators looked at me wierdly. Oops. :P Had a bidding session where we had to bid fr pts coz the facilitators stole our flags and we were deducted 6000 pts. Anyway, it was like, u were supposed to drink this concoction the evil excos made up. Our grp had a vivid memory of wat happened the other nite.

We were supposed to down the concoctions bt everyone puked all over the place and i almost puked at seeing them puke. I din drink and i felt guilty. Bt can't force lah. Everyone drank cept me and Shawn. The canteen was a mess coz puke was all over the place.
*Back*
So we watched the other teams drink the things. LUCKY, no one puked. Sigh of relief. Went to the grandstand and had our drinking session. Funny seh. Got the famous toy cow dancing to hips don lie. Haha. Wee Jie was moving the toy cow. Hilarious.
Lunch then went to LT1 for talks. The 1st talk, i wanted to fall asleep. I laughed when seeing this girl sleep. She was like KOed. Then got 1 boy sleep with his mouth open. lol. Then heard podcast by Marvin. Funny. Laughed like wat seh. Then Royston sang for us. Nice lah he sing. Ok2... Then it was 1 vid where Wee Jie was acting. Everyone was laughing. The vid was damn funny. Then it was almost farewell. I felt sad when we were almost going hm. HX said a few words and i was touched. LOL. They gave us treats which i appreciated. Everyone was aksing everyone for their numbers and email adds. I was too lazy. I asked ppl to add me and pass the emails of other ppl. Joshua was like "Anyone want my email?". Like 1 big celeb. Haha. We had 1 last debrief b4 we went off. The Yusoffians went coz a cab was waiting for us. Eventhough the camp was sucky at a few parts, it was still fun.
1 thing i'll miss is the ppl. It was fun and great. Innovians, u guys rock! Promoting IJC shamelessly... Haha... Long post, so i hope this will zip u up and nt pester me for updates. Tootle doo...
